Anna travelled the world from Australia to Zimbabwe before starting work as a pastry chef. She has worked in top London restaurants such as Rules, The Mercer and Ottolenghi before filling her dream of setting up her own baking supply business in 2011. Passionate about traditional British baking with a cosmopolitan twist her specialities include Bakewell tarts and millionaires shortbread. One of Anna's favourite achievements since setting out alone was winning the Great Brixton Bake-off in 2012.
